Panic Attack

A panic attack is a sudden episode of intense fear or discomfort, often accompanied by physical symptoms such as heart palpitations, sweating, trembling, shortness of breath, and a feeling of impending doom. Panic attacks can occur unexpectedly or in response to a trigger, and they are a key symptom in panic disorder. Techniques like controlled breathing and grounding exercises, along with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), are often used to manage them.
