Depressive Psychosis

Depressive Psychosis is a form of Major Depressive Disorder in which individuals experience both severe depression and psychotic symptoms, such as delusions or hallucinations. The psychotic symptoms are often related to feelings of guilt, worthlessness, or despair. Treatment includes a combination of antidepressants, antipsychotic medications, and psychotherapy to manage both the depressive and psychotic aspects of the disorder.
